If you insist on claiming that makes them different then you get a lower figure, if you accept that they’re functionally the same in terms of protein synthesis etc. then you get a higher figure.   12. The RDA/NRV for vitamin D is massively too low due to a miscalculation discovered in 2014. It should be 10x higher Why is nobody discussing this? 🤔 To be clear, it should be 7,000 IU/day NOT 600 IU/day. Warning: Do NOT exceed 4,000 IU/day from oral supplements without medical supervision.
