You’re correct, D3 is more effective, but most of the Vitamin D available is D3, I’ve never seen D2 on sale.

Be aware that the RDA/NRV for vitamin D is hopelessly wrong (massively too low) due to a statistical error discovered in 2014. Funny how this has been totally ignored by mainstream media.
