  1. Dr. Campbell needs to explain that the RDA/NRV for vitamin D is hopelessly too low because of a statistical error that was discovered in 2014. You actually need as much as 10,000 IU/day, but you shouldn’t exceed 4,000 IU/day from supplements without medical advice.
