  1. In the U.K. it’s totally pot luck if you get aspirated or not, dependent on the age of the doctor/nurse/volunteer. Over 50 = probably yes Under 40 = probably no The annoying thing is the staff refusing such a simple request because they’re totally ignorant of what it is and how to do it.
