  6. The RDA/NRV for vitamin D is massively too low due to a miscalculation discovered in 2014. It should be 10x higher Why is nobody discussing this? 🤔 To be clear, it should be 7,000 IU/day NOT 600 IU/day. Warning: Do NOT exceed 4,000 IU/day from oral supplements without medical supervision.

  11. If you just take it after a meal, the oil/fat present should mean you’ll be fine, it’s not critical.
