Or don’t drain them.

Don’t forget the NRA/RDA for vitamin D is massively too low due to a statistical error discovered in 2014. Funny how it never gets mentioned 🤔
3
There’s no money in it.
2
Carpeting with what?
2
Ozone depletion would INCREASE vitamin D. Please don’t spread misinformation.
2
If it means he produces less video, that would be a bad idea. Which bit in the video did you not understand?
2
The study is new.
2
No
2
Because their immune systems are stronger.
2
Not at high latitudes in winter
2
Yes, but it’s a cheap generic, the money involved is much less.
2
@rocklover7437 it’s just a chemical, you’re engaging in magical thinking. The fact remains that sardines do not contain enough. By all means eat them but take a walk in the sun or a supplement as well.
2
Sun is best, food doesn’t have enough, supplements are the easiest answer for most people (especially at high latitudes in winter).
2
@Documentts Foods simply don’t contain enough, eat them anyway but bear that in mind. Eggs, sardines etc.
2
Yes, D3 is more effective.
2
I’m sure your Nobel prize will arrive in the post shortly.
2
Given the patients in the study were given pills, not sunlight, the pills obviously work as well.
1
Not true, Campbell has been pushing vitamin D since the beginning, why are you lying?
1

1
If you have any medical conditions or take medicines regularly you should ask your doctor.
1
There’s no evidence of any danger as long as you take k2 as well.
1
Many people had autoimmune long before covid vax.
1
A check of your level wouldn’t test for d3.
1
The government levels are wrong due a statistical error discovered in 2014, they’ve recently been raised but not by enough.
1
Eat some cheese.
1
He’s never claimed that, he’s simply reported studies that indicate that it mitigates the symptoms. Why are you lying?
1
@MillieandMaxMusic you’re utterly clueless.
1
Ask your doctor.
1
Yes, but not by much.
1
@RabiesTheBeagle To obtain 4,000 IU /day, you’d need to drink 10 litres a day (around 2 gallons).
1
The video is about vitamin D, there’s no point trying to present too much in one video.
1
Yet strangely you are unable to cite these studies 🤔
1
Good luck curing appendicitis naturally.
1
A study being dodgy ethically doesn’t actually change the results.
1
Yes, they contain around 400 IU/100g. To obtain 4,000 IU/day then, you’d need to eat 1 Kg of mushrooms every day. That’s rather a lot, I think you’d soon go off them 🤣
1
He can’t exactly list every auto immune disease. Grow up.
1
Surprisingly true... ...but they need to be raised outdoors.
1
If you live at high latitudes, you still need to supplement in winter.
1
You realise you can decide things for yourself right?
1
Vitamin D is cheap.
1
@rickfucci4512 Your original comment was ambiguous. The subject of this video is vitamin D.
1
Yes, it’s around 400 IU per litre, so to get 4,000 IU/day from milk, you’d have to drink 10 Litres every day. That’s around 2 gallons/day, I think you’d get fed up of that pretty quickly.
1
Noon is better in the U.K.
1
At high latitudes in winter it doesn’t make a lot of difference.
1
Fauci is on public record stating he takes 7,000 IU of vitamin D every day.
1
Tuna: 1) Is not considered an oily fish 2) Contains high levels of Mercury You probably shouldn’t eat more than 1 tin a week.
1
@marmotsongs you’re missing the point that they’re not a monopoly so there’s competition in the pricing, go learn some economics.
1
Sardines are good, but the amount of vitamin D isn’t enough (around 400 IU), the only way to get enough is sunshine or supplements. You should be aiming at 2,000 - 4,000 IU/day (or more, but not without checking with your doctor).
1
Nobody cares, this isn’t relevant here.
1
What part of ‘randomised’ do you not understand? Fortunately the results are clear, so we don’t need to depend on your uninformed opinions.
1
They’re a generic, whatever’s cheapest! 🤣 - but D3 is more effective than D2.
1
Source?
1
Campbell has pushed it from day 1. Go see for yourself, the videos are still there. This is an important NEW study.
1
@dancroitoru364 you obviously didn’t watch the video.
1
Source?

Life
1
Go ahead, let us know how you get on.
1
Correct, and?
1
Probably not, it takes a few days to build up vitamin D levels.
1
Overfishing is a worldwide problem, not propaganda.
1
Please stop spamming the comments
1
Yes we know about vitamin D being a hormone, but if you want to buy it you use what it’s called 🙄
1
So eat some cheese.
1
Wrong, it’s the study of how the expression of genes varies, not changes in the genes themselves. So having established that you’re utterly clueless, there’s not much point in us believing your other nonsense is there?
1
Most people at high latitudes in winter are deficient, especially POCs. This has been PROVED over many years, where’s your proof?
1
Please be specific
1
Having seen your other comments, you’re a witless troll.
1
Campbell did a video specifically looking at the studies that show it doesn’t work. Why are you lying?
1
https://youtu.be/aCAvvZXUW08
1
At high latitudes in winter - yes.
1
You could eat some cheese instead.
1
Beware of taking too much cod liver oil, it’s easy to overdose on vitamin A which becomes toxic at high doses.
1
He just reports the studies, we’re all completely capable of making up our own minds what to do... ...apart from you apparently.
