Hard to believe that this so called ‘expert’ doesn’t know that the RDA (NRV) for vitamin D was badly miscalculated decades ago by 10x too low. This has been known since 2014.

Please post your source of vitamin D for under £10 for a year’s supply. Update: From a REPUTABLE source. Buying a product that most people are incapable of testing for authenticity and that potentially could lead to your death if it was fake, isn’t a good idea.
7
Important: If you are on medications, please consult your doctor before taking vitamin D as a supplement above 1,000 IU/day.

Truly shameful, who knows how many people’s lives he endangered.
6
@happyhealthylife4ever not true 1) you shouldn’t take over 8,000 IU/day without monitoring your levels 2) Some medications interact with vitamin D
5
There is evidence but apparently this pair haven’t bothered to check.

You did your best, leave them to find out the hard way. The dangers of low vitamin D in BAME populations at high latitudes have been known for decades. I’m w.t. and even I supplement with vitamin D. In Sweden they add vitamin D to the milk because of the known deficiency.

What’s your theory then?

Nobody cares, go away

The anti-viral properties of vitamin D have been known for decades.

@esecallum please try to provide accurate information, the Gates foundation has donated $20 million over 5 years to BBC Worldwide.
2
Ask your doctor
2
@esecallum you know Jesus was ethnically Levantine, right? You really need to get checked out, you’re totally bonkers.
2
@marlow3884 this is badly wrong, plant based is D2, animal based is D3. D3 is twice as effective as D2 and more quickly metabolised.
2
@esecallum how is that relevant to his comment?
2
Quinine is related to HCQ and potentially might help in combination with zinc and azithromycin. The amount of quinine in Tonic water is strictly controlled because of its potential toxicity at small levels. Not sure how you would obtain it without a prescription.
2
That rather depends on your definition
1
Except they aren’t very well informed
1
@marlow3884 D3 is a relatively simple molecule, being ‘organic’ would have no benefit whatsoever, they definitely aren’t ‘best’. The only reason to bother with plant sources would be ethical considerations. But you be you.
1
@marlow3884 you shouldn’t be giving out misleading information, most people won’t know that D2 requires twice the dosage, you’re actions could easily kill someone, you need to grow up.

Sunlight is better. If you’re on medications then check with your doctor. Don’t exceed 4,000IU/day without monitoring. One possible long term effect of high doses is hardening of the arteries.
1
Given that Fauchi has stated publicly that he takes 6,000 IU/day vitamin D, your claim doesn’t make sense.
