  2. Sounds as if whether they aspirate or not is pot-luck depending on how recently the staff were trained, with older being better. Maybe 1 in 100 don’t? Of those the factor is then if they hit a vein or not, I’m guessing 1 in 100,000? This produces a risk of 1 in 10 million of getting a venous jab. We then have the risk of what that does to people. Some will be ill and survive. In the UK we’ve had around 5 deaths in around 20,000,000 AZ shots? That’s 1 in 4,000,000. The figures match pretty closely. Aspiration doesn’t cost anything, it’s pretty hard to argue against it.
