  1. 01:12 66-100 days... This may well be true for ‘normies’. I suspect I may have Asperger’s. I have never formed these ‘automatic habits’ - not even cleaning my teeth. I have found that I re-think them all, all the time, to re-decide whether to do them or not - from scratch. (Even now and I’m 62). All comments welcome.

  2. I’ve heard that the reptilian/mammalian/human brain layer model is no longer considered correct? (My view is that it explains the dynamics of human behaviour quite well, so who cares?).
