  16. I wondered that, my diagnosis is medicated Parkinson’s. The twitching and writhing caused by L-Dopa is quite specific and he was trying to conceal this by folding his arms in my opinion. To be clear, this should in no way invalidate what he’s saying, the tragedy of Parkinson’s is that it leaves mental capacity totally unimpaired. (That doesn’t mean I agree with him, only that it’s a separate consideration). I also suspect Hillary Clinton, she’s been seen clearly on some videos showing the characteristic movements in my opinion.
