You seem to think the new arrivals in the U.K. are somehow cutoff from their friends and family back home... ...The reality is they have smartphones and designer clothes and are fully capable of calling home and telling everyone about the wonderful 4-star hotels, free internet, food and healthcare. This has nothing to do with the media.
