  17.  @Exc_Joe  Quoting the number does not explain the sale. If the reserves are overstated then it’s likely the shares are overvalued. If I have a company with 100 million shares and claim it’s total value is $1,000 million and then sell 1 million shares to you for a total of $10 million. I get $10 million from you. What are your shares then worth if the company turns out to be only worth $1 million?
