  1. Except… Hybrids are already falling out of favour even faster than ICE cars. Gas stations are going to be closing at an ever increasing rate. Electricity prices are currently driven by fossil fuel prices so they are linked meaning if electricity goes up the price of gasoline will also have gone up (yet you’re claiming the price of gasoline will be going down). Increasingly with time, electricity will be generated from renewables at a progressively lower price than fossil fuels.
