@EEVblog - Musk has openly stated the cost of a launch is now down to around $15m with the refurbishment costing around $250,000. People can argue he’s lying but we know the turnaround is down to 28 days and they aren’t swapping engines. The costs also nicely fit the budgeted cost of Starlink at $10b with 12,000 sats at 60 per launch, this allows $500,000 per sat for build cost.

@phlexy SpaceX can’t reduce prices any further because they’ve already been (falsely) accused of ‘dumping’ by the pathetic competition who can’t match his prices for very obvious reasons.
