@BlueSky-vd6qh ~ No, it's not twisted; it's just the truth. If you read up on the subject, you would know that the Mexican people have risen up against the cartels. You would know they are vastly outgunned, thanks in large part to easy access by cartels to guns in the U.S. You would know about supply and demand and how the American people helped create and help fuel the cartels. You would know that the Mexican people try to elect good leaders, only to find out they have been corrupted by the cartels. It is also in part the lack of understanding such as you display which helped the cartels get that big and powerful. Additionally, you demonstrate the truth of the observation made about Americans being loath to admit our own culpability for the cartels, and the violence, crime, and corruption they cause, which is another factor contributing to the cartels getting so big and powerful.

@BlueSky-vd6qh ~ Don't know if you're deliberately or mistakenly misconstruing my words, but you have done that in both of your replies. You seem to be reading things into my comment and reply that aren't there, while ignoring the words that are. If your "point is to make absurd generalizations," then you have succeeded. If your point is to distort my words, then you have attempted and failed.

@jovitavillalpando9127 ~ Just to clarify and augment that: Mexican citizens fighting back against the cartels are killed by the cartels, the police, regional law enforcement, the Mexican Army, and Mexican special forces ostensibly tasked with combating the cartels. Agree with and appreciate both of your replies here.
