  1. Pres. Woodrow Wilson(1913-1920) should be here. In his day he was the twice-elected President who oversaw the Spanish Flu outbreak (the Covid 19 of its day) as well as America's entry into World War One. Today, however he is seen as a staunch segregationist and Klan sympathizer! Not-to-mention the long term failure of the Treaty of Versailles, which of course paved the way for WW2!
