8:15 - Now, that oughtta tell you somethin': the ONLY business that is STILL up n running is the liquor store!

0:39 - The PERFECT location to film a Zombie movie...!!

DAMN! This is as bad- if not WORSE- than a lot of the Detroit neighborhoods you've given us a tour thru...
48
"I got a peaceful easy feelin'..." -The Eagles

I live in Falls Church VA... 343 miles away from here. Hard-to-believe this is the same State...!
13
DAMN! These are some of the WORST roads I've seen- especially the stretch starting at 0:45. You might wanna take your car in for a tune-up after driving that! Interesting I saw more wild chickens than people...
9
Reminds me of these songs: Tom Waits' "the house where nobody lives", Jud Strunk's "Bill Jones' General Store" and CW McCall's "ghost town"...
7
Back-in-the-Day Detroit was was Rock N Roll capitol! MC5, Iggy & the Stooges and the original Alice Cooper Band all got their biggest starts in Detroit!
7
Desolate road... West Virginia... Night... This post is SCARIER than most recent horror films I've seen lately! Oh, and I meant that as a complement ...!!
7
The whole area would be a GREAT place to film a Zombie movie...!!
6
0:07 - the PERFECT place to film a (very) low-budget horror movie!
5
6:24 - what exactly is (or was) this lengthy structure? A high school, an armory, a hospital...?
5
9:50 - piece of trivia: "Esso" is now Exxon!
5
Huh. And I live in Falls Church... only 130 miles from here...
4
And it's only slighter better than the one just before it...!
4
Exactly what time of night was this? Since I see lights in most of the houses that aren't (yet) abandoned I assume it was between 9 and 11...
3
3:57 - two HOTT girls!!
3
1:26 - Good horror movie vibe here...
3
Starting roughly at 4:11 ... this is (almost) as bad as some of the Detroit suburbs you've takes us through...
3
I was just thinking that about the house (or what's left of it!) at 3:50 . That structure is still strong and that house could be saved!
2
6:53 - "Probot", a Heavy Metal side-project he recorded in 2004 (with a cast-of-thousands!) is my favorite Dave Grohl album...!
2
More depressing than the abandon Detroit neighborhood posts I've seen...
2
You sure this is WV? I'm gettin' a STRONG Texas Chainsaw Massacre vibe here...
2
Those first abandon buildings you pass at the very beginning- were they private residences or businesses way-back-when...?
2
1:16 - those houses may be going to Hell but at least someone was thoughtful enough to give that fire hydrant a nice fresh coat of paint...!
