I was working in Oregon the past few years and always saw this brand, got it a few times for my 'health nut' type friends. I did not know it got bought out. Respect. His pops sounds like my pops ha

Corporations are ruining the term organic, not the organic farms, but the Corporate 'organic' (cough not) farms that twisted the literal definition of terms and words, to push their 'healthy' image using junky ingredients from big box stores colaborating with them. Small farm organics is usually legit, you should always test your sources though because heavy-metals are the things which organic can contain, at toxic levels (organic soils can sometimes be fed fish or guano which contains pollution from ocean, and bad local lands they are harvested from.

@bmwtruefan No, it is just bad regulators, not lying just untested on a proper scale of testing. They often now do not test for heavy metals, and the chemical companies are pushing lies from corporate foods (like nestle) to push this lie about USDA Organic certifications, which are often sued, to where they change the definition of words like all natural, etc. The corporations are the ones lying, ha.
