  2. Only illegal in Cannon and Thomas's mind. also this is not in Cannon's jurisdiction, and Judge Chutkan has about 23 years of experience as a lawyer vs Cannon's 3, 11 years as a judge vs Cannon's 4. Chutkan has tried more cases in a single year than Cannon has in her entire career.

  7. Sorry you failed US constitution and law. The SCOTUS issued a ruling concerning what was official acts. Smith had to adjust the existing indictment to remove the official acts then he had to take the remaining evidence to a new grand jury and they indicted Trump. Smith then had to file the new indictment to replace the old one

The case you refer to is being appealed before the 11th court of appeals, the same court that kicked Cannon of the Trump case when she tried to intervene after the search. The same court that in the order removing Cannon and tossing out her rulings proceeded to dress her down in writing over her lack of judicial judgement, her idiotic ruling and reasoning, they literally issued instructions to her on how she was supposed to properly use soap to take a bath. The same court that told her to not take the case, to pass it on to someone else who 1. had more experience in cases with similar classified documents (she has none), 2. did not have political entanglements 3. previous history with.
