Bringing officers from outside Uvalde does not answer the need, officers from outside the city were among the police officers who did nothing that day. Based on the released video, just one cop tried to do his job that day while his fellow cops clustered together in fear. One cop and one medic. Promote that cop to Chief of Police, he'll do a better job than the current one.
