He is desperately grasping at straws to defend the undefendable

Voice recording are still allowed in trials.

Not yet, it will be after the trial, they are still at the pre-trial stage and releasing it would taint the jury ensuring that the attacker could not be tried.

That's what the America First people were shouting back in 1939

No amount of truth will dissuade you from the lies you find comfort in.
2
You are free to stay in the OAN, Fox News echo chamber where only the views you agree with are aired.

@gopissoff They don't have enough. At most they had 69 MiG-29's and Su-27's they lost most of the ones that were parked waiting for maintenance, of the survivors 13 were confirmed (photo evidence and other solid confirmation) to have been destroyed or damaged beyond repair, an unknown number may have been lost (the Russian kill claims exceed the total number of aircraft in the Ukrainian Air Force) so maybe they have 30-40 airplanes remaining which translates to 10-12 planes available for missions. They are facing over 70 SU-30's with 3 times that many available in reserve. They are going to need more planes than there are MiG's available to be sent to them.
2
They can't, they are already north of the border and being moved east to reconstitute and put back in the fight in Eastern Ukraine.
2
@darrencardwell217 Belarus border. That's another item on their to do list, They need to cut the bridges between Belarus and Ukraine, Russia and Ukraine and put anti tank, anti-vehicle and anti personnel mines there. That's millions of mines.

The Biden's primary home has a secure room controlled by the DIA. Document security at the Biden residence is controlled by the DIA as long as he is president.

@rbspider we don't know when it went to the garage. In fact we don't know if it's from when he was vp or often he was elected president
1
@Johnny Rep How many American soldiers have we sent to fight on their behalf?
1
@Johnny Rep We did not "need" to send soldiers to fight the Nazi either, but we did.
1
They sent something more precious than money, They sent their soldiers. So when is America going to return that sacrifice?
1
@franceszajac9834 Was making wealth the reason the US provided Europe aid during WW2? Stop thinking like Trump, not everything is about making you richer.
1
Those are mostly infantry, they need tanks. Eastern Ukraine is tank country.
1
@jamesrosella529 If Belarus joins it, it's a wider war, if the Russians in Moldova join in, it's a wider war.
1
Ever heard of tainting the jury pool?
1
That commander was in the NAVY all through the Trump administration and got promoted at least twice
1
@jamesrosella529 So your answer is what? have the Ukrainians defend themselves with slingshots?
1
@jamesrosella529 How's your math? The Ukranians started with less than 80 MiG-29 and SU-27, 1/3 was not flyable due to lack of spare parts, of the active force, after 40 days of combat and what was lost on day one, they are down to an estimated 30-40 planes. That's 10-14 aircraft mission capable at any given time. And these planes are all 20-30 years old held together with salvaged parts and will. To take back their country they are going to need more MiG's and more Su-27's than there are in all of Western Europe and the USA, never mind where you get spare parts and munitions for them. As for the Javelin and Stingers. Not every Javelin fired kills what it's aimed at, not Stinger launched hits. Take the ammo you expect to use and triple it, that's the reality of war.
1
@jamesrosella529 I don't think Zelinsky or his military advisors believed that Russia would actually invade. As to the planes, they need to be able to maintain the plane, unfortunately the F-22 is spare parts dead end. They need something relatively easy and cheap to maintain with NATO standards compatibility.
1
@jamesrosella529 F-16's, F/A-18E, JAS-39E's and similar, stuff easy to repair, does not need an APU on a ground cart to start the engine.
1
@Saza search warrant only covered Mar-a-lago, it did not cover the other places where we have photos of Trump staffers hauling boxes to and from his private plane.
1
@C Scott it's online kid, they've been up since last year, Google Trump documents Bedminster
1
@-whackd Are the Poles and Czech sending 3,600 tanks? Cause that's how many they are going to need
1
@robbietorkelsonn8509 No, they don't. They are able to fly single or 2 ship missions down low hit what they need to hit then run for home. That's all they've been able to do.
1
Part of Trump's classified documents were in his desk with his passports.
1
@badmonkey2222 You want them to assault positions defended by tanks, infantry, machine guns, artillery and aircraft using infantry, dismounted slow moving ATGM squads, and what ever tanks they can muster?
1
@robbietorkelsonn8509 That has more to do with the Russian Air Force's incompetence and being risk averse. Otherwise they would not be blind firing missiles from Belarusian airspace.
1
James Price The need more planes, SAM's, tanks, ATGM's, IFV's, SPA's.
1
@hawaiiisclosed5400 German Intel released the radio transmission of a Russian officer giving orders to execute Ukrainian villagers. Time to end the bloodbath, send the Ukrainians what they need including the USAF
1
@tedzehnder961 Bunkers are for defense, they need to go on the offense otherwise, the Russians will pick them apart city by city. Ukraine can't win a war of attrition.
