Palestinian Authority is opposed to HAMAS, so yes

The last nation to do something like this was Russia when Ukrainian units had crossed a river to establish a foothold north of Kherson, they blew up a dam to try to drown the troops. The Russians failed because they did not account for the water to recede after the initial flooding. The Ukrainians held on despite a concerted attack by Russian troops until Ukrainians forces from from the north arrived and the Russians retreated to avoid being surrounded.

Negotiating solves nothing, It just cements Russia's gains and buys them time to rebuild and prepare a 3rd invasion.
2
It does not apply to Russia or Ukraine or the US since none of them signed the treaty

Putin missed that sometime between 2014 and 2022, Ukraine had actually developed a sense of being a nation, that they were Ukrainians, not Russians living in Ukraine, they were Ukrainians.

The Russians were complaining of the US and UK giving Ukraine nuclear munitions because they were sending Depleted Uranium anti-tank rounds, ignoring the fact that the Russian army uses the same round in it's tanks

@donaldgraham6414 No, France and Germany did not admit Ukraine to NATO

@marasalva13 Ukraine is now heading into the 3rd year into a war that had it been the US doing the invading, would have been over in 2023.

Back in April 2022, Russia occupied between 20-25% of Ukraine, today it's 18%.

Funny part is the Russians created a problem for themselves. As I recall, that dam feeds the reservoir that provides 80% of the water used in Crimea

@Ivan-wp1ne1 Yeah, Russia's demand that Ukraine be stripped of all weapons larger than a pistol, that Ukraine surrender it's political independence, that Ukraine surrender it's foreign and domestic policy to Russia. That the US and NATO be prohibited for giving financial, military or economic assistance to Ukraine unless Russia gives permission. That those same rules be applied to all Eastern European states that joined NATO post 1991. That NATO and the US would be prohibited from stationing troops in any state that joined NATO or the EU after 1991.

Putin can take his meatbags back to Russia at any time

@3joewj Well, US military doctrine uses Anti-personel mines (banned by most countries) to protect US bases and troops. Similarly CBU's are used as defensive weapons to slow down and break up attacking troop, armor and vehicle concentrations in order to allow US troops to fight and hold positions even when severely outnumbered and out gunned
