  2.  @VainerCactus0  When? When the Ukrainian ambassador to the US wrote an op-ed taking then private citizen Trump to task for his stupid idea that it was ok for Russia to invade Ukraine? Oh, and since the aid was passed by a veto proof majority in both House and Senate and was specifically programmed for said purpose, Trump had not authority to hold it up. Something that the folks at State and even the White House concluded before the phone call. A few days before Trump announce that he was ordering the aid to be unfrozen, the State Department's legal office finally ruled that neither Trump nor OMB had the legal authority to block the aid and they started releasing the aid without telling the White House, OMB or Trump.
