  1. Oh man! I hear you! Jonathan Hickman's comics were the reasons I even got into American comics for the first time in 2014 when I emigrated to North America from Nigeria. I loved New Avengers for the world building and action, especially how he wrote Black Panther and Namor. I bought and read all the series from Infinity, Time Runs Out, Secret Wars and Battle World. It was such a great ride and the conclusion was amazing! I even stuck around to try ANAD Marvel because I hoped it would be just as good as Hickman's but all the woke identity politics trash ruined it for me (like when bendis decided to replace Tony Stark with some random no-name black girl. That was really insulting) I stopped buying American comics all together and now I only buy and read manga.
