  1.  @Sketch_Sesh  And yet he kept much of the EU, including Thrawn and Mara Jade. Lucas is not stupid. he may have not liked them story-wise but he was smart enough to see their quality and how much his fans loved them and how well they expanded the lore and kept it relevant.
