As a Nigerian, I can definitely confirm that nomad herder cultures ALWAYS attack settled agricultural cultures😞 The Fulani herdsmen who engage in frequent clashes and conflicts and attacks on farmers here is proof of this. But also, settled agricultural cultures are more developed and stable as seen by how we in the South do better than the Fulani in the north.
