  1. My country, Nigeria, was one of the recipients of this aid. It was for medical use but I am glad it has halted since much of it was being embezzled. We need to be be sufficient here in Africa and have less corrupt politicians who misuse foreign aid. It will likely resume only after serious re-negotiations and that's good. Plus, i support the idea of shifting to investments and trade with the USA. Ironically, for South Africa, their president told the USA to leave his country alone and now they are complaining about the aid stopping😂
