  1. I am a Nigerian millennial and I love British literature, especially the classics. When I was a kid my dad would buy VHS tapes of animated adaptations of stories like Treasure Island, Around the World in 80 days, Robin Hood, The Black Arrow, Ivanhoe, and even Jungle Book. I even had to read Shakespeare in primary and secondary school but I loved it. I am currently reading The Jungle Book by Kipling and am loving it. Why do you British people hate your own art and literature like this? It's beautiful and even inspired many fo the great writers and poets in my own country.
