As much as I love British culture (My country, Nigeria, owes its existence to the British) and western civilization, I cannot help but be disgusted at how many of you westerners take your own civilization, culture and countries for granted, even to the point of tarnishing and destroying them willingly. Here is a charity named after Winston Churchill; a literal towering, yet controversial, figure in British and world history, yet you Brits are now trying to erase him from your society. In much of Africa, many historians bemoan how much of the continent lost it's history and culture simply by not having a written language yet you folks here are quick to tear down your own history.........

  2. I am generally surprised at how much many Landlords I have seen decry how terrible the occupation is. I am not attacking you or other landlords in any way. I am not some crazy leftist but I am just bewildered. Surely, landlords have protections and get to make good income off properties, right? I am asking because I aim to become one (though I am still young at 26 and not a man of much means) Surely, it can't be all that bad.
