  1. Most Silicone Valley types like Mark are weird and a-social neurotics who never learned how to properly interact normally with other humans. It is the reason why their perception of technology is always so skewed and disturbing i.e. they view tech as superior to humanity and want to use it to replace all aspects of human interaction. These are the people who created google glass and push for microchips in humans and other invasive technology that we, the mainstream, ALWAYS rejected. Also, facebook is failing and needs this desperate move to drum up more financial funds.
