Crowder and DW are both wrong. The DW were wrong with their contract structure (especially the penalty for being banned from big tech) and Crowder was absolutely wrong with how he handled it by being so unprofessional, by blowing the situation up too high and by simply not politely declining their offer and criticising their contract as a constructive manner.

@umiluv why not just criticize it privately and maintain good terms with them and even help them change? Tim Pool and Lauren Chen did this. They turned down DW offers and still maintain good relationship with them. Serious break of professionalism. Also, you think Crowder doesn't have shady stuff within his organization?

@jamessparkes5492 yeah, he didn't initially name them but he recorded their private discussion and just kept it handy? You can't tell me he wasn't planning on doing this whole thing. Just decline and criticize in private and even help them change things positively like Tim Pool and Lauren Chen did.
