  1. 😕 As a Nigerian, I am not remotely surprised at what is happening in Mali and the Sahel. I, and a few others, warned that these Russian-backed Juntas would be terrible for their countries and, sadly, we were proven right😢 They made insecurity worse. They undermined democracy. They let Russia essentially take control of their resources. Their ruined their economies. They imprisoned citizens who criticized them and now the trrorists from the areas are now threatening the rest of us in West Africa, especially my country! And here they are now begging the west to come back and help them😡
