As a Nigerian it never ceases to astound me why some black Americans are ALWAYS quick to defend criminals and thugs in their community. This woman stole, attempted to kill a police officer, and was a vehement racist yet they defended her?! That would be like us actively defending Boko Haram!

@MADGUNSMONSTER thanks but we are already doing that. Also, what does that have to do with this?
126
@truthserum4life101 she tried to kill the officer who stopped her, by almost running him over. She decided his life was worth less than the alcohol she stole. She doesn't get any sympathy from me.
83
@nowirehangers2815 I'm used to it.
61
@magicpyroninja yeah, I have noticed that. I remember seeing a story some years back about a few black Americans relocating to Ghana to "escape racism" but later many returned back to the USA because they couldn't make the cultural shift and adjust to the new setting. It is dumb that some assume to live ina new place, you simply must be the same race. Having an understanding and respect of the culture and working to assimilate is more important.

As a Nigerian, i will say this about you folks in America. At keast the corruption of your politicians doesn't ruin your society economically and culturally like ours does. At least your infrastructure and economy still works. Corruption is still evil but at keast yours works better than ours and is not too endemic😢
36
I am black and i don't blame them for being skeptical in the future!
36
@historyiwitness5915 what do you mean? So if I drive slowly in Nigeria with a police officer in front of me, that is not going to be considered attempted murder here? Nothing bad will happen to me? Is that what you are saying?
25
@whiteash6182 well no. But do those scammers actively try to kill or harm you, as she did to the police officer?
14
@wptx2827 it's just nonsense and most of us in Africa stopped taking him seriously for anything besides music. No to mention how some of his ventures here, like a crypto scam and real-estate plan he had, all failed. The sentiment of his dumb relocation statement is like how some fringe Americans talk about relocating to Russia to escape wokeness.
13
So happy she got arrested. As a black man, I can't tell you how sad it makes me that all this DEI stuff has done is create more division and also led to genuine hard working people of all races being set aside or looked on with doubt due to these bad apples😢 Thank goodness this evil is ending soon
13
Wow....what an evil sick POS! That poor man😢
11
@EQuietstorm um, what do you mean suffering? If you mean the inflation due to removing the fuel subsidy, that is not suffering.
11
Congratulations America👏👏 Respect from Nigeria
10
@rdnowlin1206 yes, people's lives are worth more than property but of people actively try to harm or kill others, as she tried to do, others, like the officer, have a right to defend themselves.
7
@pickleperryemz Appreciate the words. I am thankful the Nigerians you have met have left a good impression on you.
6
Respect from Nigeria 👍 God bless you black Americans for waking up and rejecting all this victimhood policies tghat have done both but fail and reduced meritocracy for you guys as well. Glad more of you are pushing back and promoting hardwork and excellence. I understand the reason ehy DEI and Affirmative Action had to be initially implemented but they bith overstayed and have become toxic and destructive to actual hard work, meritocracy and success, even for black people.
6
Jesus! You mean they actually do stuff like that in the USA?! Sorry, i am Nigerian and i am just genuinely surprised. I figured this stuff was mainly done in developing places like here in Africa. Sorry you and your mother experienced this. Glad you fought and won
3
@BoberFett trust me, you won't. The fact that your whole country is not like California is proof.
3
Just disgusting! This woman is a POS! I am a legal immigrant here myself. I had to attend college for 3 years, pay my own tuition, never received any benefits of funds, had to work odd jobs before getting status here. I am currently working as a Nurse's Aide after graduation. The fact that this woman just committed so many crimes and was allowed to stay is just sickening.
3
@imain5846 Well said. I know that most of you are not supportive of that bad stuff and most of you are genuinely great folks. I know it's just a loud minority that creates that negative perception
3
@michellianna7386 thanks. I know most black people in America don't support that bad stuff either. It's just a small minority that creates the negative perception. Most of you all are great people.
3
@henry5118 I hear you. It is a culture issue. As I have heard from other black Americans, and as you mention, it's is sadly a minority of them who support this bad behaviour while most are genuinely good people. Sadly, said minority is also usually has political and institutional power and they end up creating the negative perception.
3
@WA4RRN nice story😂Yeah, lots of folks tend to be surprised that we Nigerians speak English since they usually assume we speak French like most in West Africa but since our country was created/colonized by the British, English is our national language.
3
@Qbertqueso she decided a cop's life was worth less than alcohol she stole. Boko Haram treat the lives of people they kill and oppress as less than money. She is just as sociopathic as them.
3
Classic case of low-trust culture😢 In my country, Nigeria, as bad as our issues are, our supermarkets (Yes, we have many here) are not locking up groceries like this. Why? Because our society still maintains a decent level of trust. We are still highly vigilant but we have trust. No society can function without trust.
3
@margesullivan9058 Correct. It's a culture and a political issue. Many black Americans I talk to largely don't support this bad behaviour but the ones who do are a small but loud minority and they also have more political and cultural influence. This then creates the vicious cycle and negative perception. Fortunately, more of the good people are speaking out but more needs to be done.
2
@overdrammtic04 thanks for sharing, friend. You helped prove what I thought. This is a culture/political issue. More black Americans, like yourself, are against this bad behaviour and are actively pushing against it but a small and influential minority are the ones still causing negative perception. Heck! I recall that during the "defund police" stuff, most black people actually opposed it and wanted more police and that makes sense. You guys want your communities to get better. Keep up being a great example, sir. God bless.

When will you western men learn to avoid these women?😕😕
1
Freaks😒 Also, i wish we had your kind of corruption here in Nigeria😢 Even though your politicians take bribes, at least they don't ruin your economy, infrastructure, and society. Your corruption works
1
Here in Nigeria, i wouldn't be surprised if this thug got into political power via connections but how exactly did she even get elected in the USA despite being an illegal immigrant?! I would imagine a developed country would have higher standards🤔
1
Western women........Western society is truly messed up.....Poor Montgomery. I pray he sues! Love to him from Nigeria
1
Are western men just stupid or something?! Why would he just have sex with a random woman?!
1
Something smells rotten in Dalton😂😂
1
@nycgweed nah, you guys will be fine.
1
As a black guy, I never expected an Asian-American to be involved in this stuff. Race grifting and victimhood politics is usually a white/black leftist thing😕
1
Having recently had a huge family issue with my younger sister (she's 29) I can say that somw women are like this judge A LOT more than we like admit😒
1
Western society is so weird. If this woman gad done this horrible crime here in Nigeria, she would be in jail for life😡 RIP to those poor souls 😢
1
Women who do this stuff assume all risk. Same as men who do dangerous stuff. Play stupid games etc
1
Thank God he is getting some justice but i wonder why an Asian guy like him was so dumb enough to associate with a white liberal woman in higher education. Did he not see hiw dangerous that would be?!
1
You normally don't see Asian-Americans doing this but I guess even they want to immitate white and black leftists now?😂😂
1
@larsbee and she attempted to run over the police who stopped her from stealing. She literally decided the booze she stole was worth more than a human life. She may not be al Qaeda but she is as sociopathic as they are.
1
@miriammanolov9135 I am sorry you had to deal with that from such an awful woman. She is not representative of all of us Nigerians but a few of us also become woke and racist but most of us are not like that. Again, sorry you dealt with that. Please disregard all her trash and avoid talking to her and possibly find a better job of you can. Such people like her are a danger to be around.
1
@toomanymarys7355 you are right there. Most of us think it's funny and just pathetic. He is an African who became successful in the USA due to his singing talent but he had the gall to say that America is not meant for Africans and due to being past his prime, he does nothing but use race baiting and scams to stay relevant.
1
@whiteash6182 um, no. You're thinking of Niger Republic. In Nigeria, we actually have pretty decent diplomatic relations with France.
1
@a.trendeez Of course not but if a thief tries to murder or fatally harm another person, as this woman did with the police officer, then they get more severe punishment here in Nigeria.
1
@johnnyalexander9573 Well, yes, we have people who steal here. Why do you ask? But thieves here who also try to kill or fatally harm others, as this woman did, get severely punished or killed as a result.
1
@confidentialprivateusa6519 Thanks for the obvious geopolitical stuff I already know. Also, considering she decided to try and run over a police officer who stopped her for stealing (She literally decided his life was worth less than stolen alcohol) she is just as sociopathic as boko haram who treat human life as less than nothing.
1
@T0tenkampf we despise them! A lot of crude oil theft and maritime theft and sabotage happens because of them!
1
@savioblanc yeah, I know that some Nigerians and some of are politicians support them for tribalism and religious reasons but considering how the majority of their victims tend to be northern Muslim Nigerians, I can assure you that their support base is not as large as you think. No more than how most Easterners don't support groups like IPOB due to how they extort their own communities
