We trust an adult to be responsible enough to not drink irresponsibly but a child can't be trusted for that. Same with nukes. Countries like the USA, Russia, China, India, France, Pakistan are more responsible with their nukes and they also conform to international IAEA regulations. lran has n very tried to conform and has a history of creating instability for their region🤔
