  1. Mister Paul Kagame is a great (and complex) African leaders. I usually despise the military strongmen dictators in Africa since they mostly do more harm to us but he is an exception. He is the Lee Kuan Yew (founder of Singapore) of Africa. He took a fallen nation, healed it and turned it around.
