Congrats to you, brother. You have earned your success and God bless you for resisting the victimhood mindset. Respect from another Nigerian.

@jessicaselles9389 Did you personally go through any of this? Also, is your race/group the only ones to experience any form of hardship like this? In Nigeria, my country, we are literally dealing with islamic terrorism, secessionism, and banditry. I have family members who have been kidnapped. My own family was robbed several times at knife point but we will be damned before we claim victimhood. What gives you cause to claim victimhood exactly? Is your life worse than that of other humans or Africans on earth?

@somaliagainstpanafricanism4865 Yeah, that was also the same buhari who openly sided with islamic extremists in the Sahel, in Afghanistan, and who played a hand in the Biafra civil war that nearly destroyed my country. He is also the same Nigerian president who has ruined our economy with inflation, unsustainable debt and burrowing, and who has crippled our national security and created massive unemployment. Using him as a reference on Nigeria demonstrates a serious lack of knowledge on your part about politics and Nigeria. That would be like using Robert Mugabe or Idi Amin as good examples of African leaders.

@somaliagainstpanafricanism4865 Yes, he is my country's president and does that make what he says absolute? Have you talked to any other Nigerians before you just decided what he stated 4 years ago was now irrefutable truth? Have you compared him to previous Nigerian presidents? DO you know the reality of the situation (social and political) in Nigeria since his time as president? Heck! Maybe I should judge every Somalian by the words of the dictator who ran their country at one point before civil war tore it apart. Do you see how ridiculous that looks?

@somaliagainstpanafricanism4865 Yes, but he was still a ruler of Somalia for a time. Doesn't his words regarding the country hold weight the same as buhari according to your own point? The main point of my comments are that your attempts at criticism of us Nigerians was flawed when you decided to use a random unfounded quote from our controversial and deeply unpopular president. There are legitimate and objective criticism to levy against us Nigerians, like any other people. Use those next time rather than the words of a politician who literally said a few months ago that eh was tired of being president because he cannot manage his own country and people blame him for problems he created.
