  1. Great video. I have always said that success is due more to culture and systems rather than just genetics. I mean, the Greeks were more intelligent and scholarly that the Roman yet the Romans built an empire and foundations for western civilization. Nigerian immigrants in the west end up in high professional institutions and with jobs like doctors despite not being western by genetics. Hard work and culture and systems are what matters more.
