  1. Good. As a Nigerian, i will never understand how anyone thought these racial quotas were a good thing. All it does is destroy meritocracy, punish actually hard working and intelligent people of all races (how many whites and Asians have been denied? How many hard working black people get lumped in with failing DEI ones?!), ruins industries with lowering standards, and leads to the DEI recipients failing further in life.
