  1. This is how you do a send-off for a legacy character! No toxic identity politics, now pointless modernizing. Just respectful, in tone, simply satisfying, appreciates the old fans while encouraging new ones👏👏. As someone still new to Star Trek (i have just started watching the original series and Deep Space Nine on DVD), I may not have the knowledge of an older fan but I do appreciate this short film.
