  1. I'm a black guy currently attending college (one more year to go before graduationšŸ¤©) and I currently work part-time at Wendys. I am so proud of the fact that I was not hired simply for being black and the fact that the franchise has kept me on for almost a year and even plans to promote me to a Supervisor role in the near future makes me even more proud for not being a diversity hire. Only a fool takes pride in being a token.
