  1. That story at the beginning about the restaurant struggled due to COVID but the manager worked hard to make it succeed was very inspiring. He even went so far as to learn about social media and use that to market the food to new customers, while also focusing on loyal customers. They even added new recipes and enhanced the old menu items. That is amazing. Good food, good service and great dedication. Great video.

  2. Respect to this man! It is not easy to be an entrepreneur but he is willing to do the hard work. Plus, he contributing so much to his community. How does he fit all that in his cart?! Amazing. Reminds me of when I used to help my Granma in Nigeria with her own small restaurant when I was a kid.

  3. I love soba noodles😋 On my birthday in October, my brother and I decided to go to a Japanese restaurant in Toronto to order some food and he recommended the soba noodles. I decided to try them and they were great. They were cooked in a teriyaki sauce and the consistency was thick and chewy, which I love. The restaurant staff were also wonderful and nice. We don't have any Japanese restaurants in my country, Nigeria, but I always enjoy eating Japanese food while I am in Canada.
