I love soba noodles😋 On my birthday in October, my brother and I decided to go to a Japanese restaurant in Toronto to order some food and he recommended the soba noodles. I decided to try them and they were great. They were cooked in a teriyaki sauce and the consistency was thick and chewy, which I love. The restaurant staff were also wonderful and nice. We don't have any Japanese restaurants in my country, Nigeria, but I always enjoy eating Japanese food while I am in Canada.
