@cupcake8867 I do agree with you. I mean Appalachian region which is mostly white tends to have more crime compared to more Asian-dominant areas of America where average IQs are higher. Same can be said for crime-IQ stats between the country of Jordan with less crime versus Serbia with more crime. Though it hasn't been extensively studied, there are links with low IQ and maladaptive behaviors, like crime. The cultural factor still plays a large role, though. This is because societal pressures help to mitigate and discourage maladaptive behaviors due to the low IQ. That's why in a country like the USA, there is less tolerance for stuff like slavery and child exploitation compared to a high IQ country like China, where these things do happen.

It's culture, not race or ethnic homogeneity. Heck! Central America is ethnically homogeneous and is the most crime ridden place on earth with more murders than Afghanistan yet Botswana is largely black but is one of the safest countries on earth. Culture matters more.
