  1. I honestly forgot this was even airing, I am just that indifferent. Poorly written, unengaging with the fantasy theme, and just not interesting. Also, as a black person who actually loves fantasy and has read LOTR and the hobbit, I hate this tokenism (no pun intended) and it has never been about real inclusion or diversity with these people. They could have easily used the Haradrim characters (a race which does have black people who are warriors, pirates, merchants and sailors) or the Easterlings that Tolkien created in the amazon show if they wanted more racial diversity but I guess race-swapping dwarves, elves and hobbits is more appropriate........Just more insulting tokenism and mockery to actual black people who like fantasy and all it does is inspire more vitriol towards genuinely good diverse characters.
