  1. Custer is unfairly remembered as a failure due to this tragedy but he was more than that. He was known as a genuinely good, loyal and honest man. He was a hero during the civil war for helping to defeat the Confederacy. Also, the Native Americans he fought were not exactly angels considering the horrible things they did to farmers and settlers😢 He only failed because the reinforcements he was expecting failed to arrive. Otherwise, his battle strategy was solid and had worked before.

  2. Well then, learn more history 😂 I'm not even an American and I know about his achievements for the Union during the civil war and how he saved many farmers and settlers from Native American attacks and torture.
