Here in Nigeria, we actually have many Afrikaaners from Zimbabwe and South Afrlca who come here for business, farming and even to settle. We even have a lot of Chinese and Indian folks here. It sounds hard to believe but we do since, despite our issues, they don't have to worry about having their property stolen due to their r@ce. In secondary school, i actually once knew a white guy from Zimbabwe whose family lost their farm to Mugabe but he never had any ill will towards other bIack folks and we got along great dince we both liked Star Wars😊 He and family emigrated to the UK and are doing well. I also knew a bIack man from Zimbabwe who was an industrial machinist. He had to flee with his wife due to supporting the opposition as nd being attacked by Mugabe😢 He also never had anything bad to say about the whlte people. Thankfully, they got asylum in Canada.

As a Nigerian I am happy to see more involvement from India as this helps counter China and their destructive exploitation o Africa.

As a Nigerian, I appreciate you bringing attention to the terrible situation in Sudan😢 You eill never hear the pan-Africanists here or lsIamists abroad ever call out the atrocities here simply because it's their own people doing it to us Africans😢

As a Nigerian, i have massive respect for Mexico and its people and i hope my country can emulate their growing success. Despite their issues, they manage to use their strengths to keep improving their nation. Proximity to the USA, rapidly industrializing, a good and healthy population demographic, development of stable institutions, improving infrastructure (they can supply electricity for a whole day) and good geopolitical diplomacy with the USA and other countries etc. they still have more to do but they are definitely improving rapidly 👏👏

@OmarOsman98 I dunno🤣 They said the same about Mexico, Singapore, China, Poland and others😂 So, yeah. Keep saying while the rest of us keep struggling and doing
49
@_haniif_ not by all of them and you know it😔 Most of our fellow African people are too busy talking about European colonialism from almost a hundred years ago instead of focusing on what is actually causing our current social, political, economic and development problems. I hear people here in West Africa criticizing France for neo imperialism while ignoring Russia who are doing worse in the Sahel by creating juntas, extracting gold and minerals from those countries and making insecurity worse😔 I hear them talking about NATO, USA etc for creating insecurity but never calling out UAE, Arrabs, or others for actually support lsIamists trrorists
47
Truly a weird rivalry considering the history of these two nations and cultures😅 Persia under Cyrus, restored lsraeI and their faith. lran was also the first middle East country to recognize lsrael and even aided them against the Arrabs. Now, they despise each other after the Mullahs came
40
Just tell the lranians to stop their proxies and rhetoric. Then lsraeI will have no more wars😂 But that won't happen
38
Yeah..... about that😔😔😔
36
That's cause they are not in Lebanon and don't act in their usual ways in Brazil
29
So why aren't other Muslims outraged? Oh, because Israel didn't do this to them😂
23
As a Nigerian, I would rather see France maintain indirect control of these countries. Their own governments have proven time and time again to be inept, corrupt and always give way to instability and conflicts that cause massive loss of human life and that negatively affects the rest of West Africa. Remember the Sierra Leone civil war and Burkina Faso wars and even Liberia civil wars? Let France exert control on them!

@Iselas181 as @kalimdor already stated, there is none of that r@cial tension here and many of these foreigners fo assimilate eell mainly because while ee have our different tribal groups here, our overarching national identity is largely built on the foundation that the British left us i.e. English is our national language and our legal system is based British common law among other things. While we have tribalism and religious schisms, we tend to absolutely avoid racial tensions here. Even the tribalism had been gradually declining compared to how bad it was during our civil war period and years after that. The religious schisms also tend to be more pronounced in our rural/underdeveloped Northern areas that have a large musIim population and that borders more unstable countries. But even this has been gradually reducing as more economic development slowly comes to that region.
14
@jf3457 no, not even close 😂😂 we have our problems but we are not Zimbabwe. Best way i would compare us like Mexico vs Cuba
12
@yuuu-y7b and?! Does that diminish theor suffering and oppression that is being sponsored by other musIims in the UAE and Turkey?!
11
You guys were so right. The country, and region, has always been a hellhole and will always be one due to their poor geography, culture and society.
10
Let's face it. This was inevitable! The embers from the last war are still there and the Balkans have always been a hot bed of socio-political issues.
9
@deepblue3682 both actually. Many Chinese are retailers and importers and also own farms. Sane for some Indians. Most of them also work in our oil and gas industry and are involved in maritime services and mining (legal and illegal 😢)
9
Now THIS is a global economic plan I, and many people (especially us in Africa) can get behind! GO INDIA!!!!!
8
@kabzaify They can offer us better logistics management and experience, IT tech expertise, cost-effective industrialization strategies, better agriculture production and mechanized farming methods and expertise, nuclear energy expertise and energy production expertise etc. India has literally managed to achieve over 90% electricity production and distribution despite not even being an oil and gas producer compared to many African countries. India is also far more trust-worthy and less exploitative compared to China. They have more to offer Africa than you think.
7
@pocarisweet8336 yes, i am a southerner😅
5
@mand4lex May it be with us all😊
5
@siphamandlamkhize9766 you insult me but you don't call me wrong😅
5
This "onfederation" will not last long. ECOWAS, for all it's issues, was actually built on better principles and actually fosters economic, military and diplomatic alliances among democratic nations like my Nigeria. The Sahel countries are all in this w union mainly to serve the interest of the new juntas that toppled thier democracies and the three countries are now getting worse economically and socially and politically.
5
Technically, it's Coruscant. But they do sound similar 😂
4
So lsraeI strike is illegal but lran doing prior strikes and arning proxies to attack is not illegal?😂
4
Yes, and so does lsrael after lran kept launching missles at them and sending proxies to attack them😂
3
@Naveen-tq7cg well said, friend. This is why India is increasingly looking like a favorable trading partner for other countries.
3
Why is Argentina not rich? (1) Spanish-style colonialism that hindered the development of capitalism, liberal societies and economic policies (2) Peronism
3
So why was Seretse Khama or Jerry Rawlings not @ssaninated?😂 You simple logic or blaming the west for our problems just makes no sense.
2
2:00 Yeah.....no. Fat chance! China may have the title of world's 2nd largest economy but they have so many underlying issues that currently and will later severely hinder/undermine the country: 1. Demographic crisis (rapidly aging population, declining birth-rates, gender imbalances) 2. Water security and purity issues due to pollution and desert encroachment 3. Energy insecurity 4. Food insecurity (China imports most of its food) 5. Infrastructure degredation (wobbling sky scrappers, broken dams, exploding sewers, poor flood drainage systems etc) 6. Flawed economic management 7. Multiple border disputes 8. Unsustainable debt
2
Well said and respect to you Turkish people from Nigeria👏👏 You are proof that Islam can modernize and improve. You have great economies, better culture and industry and values compared to the rest of the Arabs. Respect
2
Okay what is false? Also, stay safe.
2
@darthutah6649 yeah, I agree 😔things were looking up after 99 when we returned to democracy and our right-leaning, nationalist and capitalist government gained power. Sadly, all this changed after 2015 when our current left-leaning, tribalist government took power and have undone much of our progress
2
Gos bless Israel. Respect from Nigeria. Many of us know what is like trying to establish a viable country and dealing with intyernak and external forces who seek to undermine it.
2
@SnowRookie you are correct and i never said we were perfect but like Mexico, we are better than many of our neighbors 😅
2
"A channel has different opinions from mine. They are compromised" 😂
2
@lalilali3750 yes, Khorasan was prosperous and rich in ancient medieval times. The world was much different back then. Only a fook thinks Afghanistan can ever go back to that period by islamic terrorism and jihad. What they need is good government and economic policies and cultural improvements.
2
@sthakur66901 blood has always been shed there, before westerners came, and it will continue to be shed there.
2
You sound as dum as those who blamed Joe Biden for the problems around the world 😂
2
Some are blaming America for this but you do know that Iraq was already unstable before America got involved, right? The country was in state of constant upheaval after their monarchy was removed and tribalism and religious schisms and military coups made it worse. Heck, Saddam Hussein's actions and rule also caused much of the socioeconomic problems there. Even if America never got involved, the current water crisis would still have happened.
2
As a Nigerian m, i look forward to when Russia leaves west Africa too. After helping the Juntas with their coups in the Sahel, insecurity has gotten worse, economic hardships, and civil liberties are being eroded and Russia now controls their gold mines.
2
I would suggest that Israel first cripple Hamas. then, they try to assimilate the Palestinians (at least the peaceful or non-violent ones). Offer them better economic incentives and better political representation and probably open a track towards Israeli citizenship. There are already over a million Arab Muslims who live in Israel as citizens and have the same rights, privileges and protections as Jews. They even serve in Israel's military and courts and parliament. It sounds like a long shot but it can work. it worked for teh Americans during their wars with the Native American tribes.
2
@petedudson6671 oh, that makes more sense
2
@dingus6317 um, you do know that Iraq was already unstable before America got involved, right? The country was in state of constant upheaval after their monarchy was removed and tribalism and religious schisms and military coups made it worse. Heck, Saddam Hussein's actions and rule also caused much of the socioeconomic problems there. Even if America never got involved, the current water crisis would still have happened.
2
"Ultra right-wing and raclst" yet 2 million Arrabs and MusIims live in lsraeI as citizens with full rights and protections better than anywhere else in the middle east😂 Do you westerners actually know anything about the rest of the world?
1
@cemdo9292 my country is Nigeria 😂 You just assuned i am from lsraeI, right? Also, you didn't disprove my points. If lsraeI is ultra rightwing i doubt they would let foreigners like me, and many others from my country, travel there or emigrate there😂
1
The Middle East has been an unstable s-hole before my grandmother in Nigeria was born and it will continue to be an unstable s-hole longbafter i am passed away.
1
Yeah, this is like, what, the fifth time such an alliance has existed? It will fail like all the other previous ones. The member economies and societies are facing so many problems (demographically, politically, geographically etc) and they mistrust each other almost as much as they hate America😂
1
@hydra8845 except ancient Greece never practiced democracy. That was straight up Oligarchy. Why do you think others who saw their example preferred Republicanism?
