So my tax dollars were supporting woke Mozilla. Who knew?
326
No one but Bryan Lunduke will cover stories like this. Thanks Bryan.
315
Lunduke didn't make the tech world political, he just reports on it when no one else will.
302
You won't see any other tech journalists covering this story, because they will lose their ad revenue. Lunduke is the only one who can get away with this, all because of memberships and donations.
196
He's an artist. hahahaha I don't think he realizes just how much things have changed in the past 7 days.
174
Thanks Bryan. $300,000,000 and they aren't giving the Kernel team $20 Million, KDE $10 Million, Gnome $10 Million, Cosmic, Brave, and numerous others generous donations? I would say they should be ashamed of themselves, but these people aren't capable of that emotion.
154
I haven't seen democrats this angry since Lincoln freed the slaves.
153
But they have never been told "no" before.
115
Imagine running off everyone with a work ethic and ending up with nothing but DEI (Didn't Earn It). I wouldn't mind being on the board, but... Wait, what the heck was I thinking? You couldn't melt me and pour me in there.
100
I dropped Firefox when they ran Brendan Eich off for wrong think. I do not trust them.
98
Thanks Bryan. Wailing and gnashing of teeth will not change the facts. 1. Rust in Linux is not a matter of life and death and does not have to happen immediately. We have survived without it all this time. What we have now just works. 2. If the narcissistic Rust developers can't wait, then they can build their own kernel. It's not like it has never been done before. We know it is possible.

Hahahahaha. DistroWatch finally gets the Lunduke Journal Effect. 😂 Thanks Bryan!
66
Thanks Bryan. I am proud to be an enemy, if that is what they want to call us for using an operating system. Linux has been great for me.
66
Please, please, please don't destroy Firefox. Give it back to Brendan Eich. It is his and he deserves to own it and save it.
54
Thanks Bryan. These people just don't care what the laws are. They just change the language a little and keep pushing.
54
For me, it is going to take more than a confession to make things right. Zuck needs to start fighting back.
53
@MyNameIsBucket That was not a NAZI salute. Stop lying to people.
52
I installed Doom on my neighbor's cat. When it started hacking up flaming hairballs, things got a little ugly around here.
51
Wow Bryan, you stepped on the yellow jacket nest with this one. Great job my friend.
49
Somebody needs a nap.
42
Thanks Bryan. "Increasing the range of skills." 🤣:text-green-game-over:
42
This brought out some serious butt hurt in February. Let's throw some salt on those wounds and aire this again. 🧂
40
Thanks Bryan. I'm so glad to see they let you in.
38
Who didn't see this coming. Come on, fess up. 😂 Thanks Bryan.
37
I was one who really wanted to save openSUSE, but SUSE is intent on running it into the ground. I started my Linux journey with SuSE 9.0, but I just downloaded OpenMandriva Rome and look forward to saying goodbye to Tumbleweed. They hate my shiny white ass and I know when it's time to walk away.
36
Because this lawsuit is against Google.
36
She saw this coming, right?
35
Thanks Bryan. This is terrible news.
35
India should be so far ahead of everyone else.
34
Mozilla can talk all they want about freedom, but I got rid of Firefox when these hypocrites fired their founder, Brendan Eich for wrong think.
33
Thanks Microsoft! Let's see MS DOS 6.22 and don't screw it up. BTW, Windows 3.11 for workgroups would be nice too.
32
The second oldest distribution, I believe?
28
What the heck did Bryan do to deserve that?
27
I had just clicked the video on YouTube when I got the email telling me it was here. I have ended up unsubscribing from several channels that I really liked in the past few days. Feeling driven out because I am a Christian and a conservative. I run Tumbleweed and SlowRoll, and I will not go to the SUSE Forums. Bryan is right on the money with what the SUSE leadership is saying. This is actually happening. Tumbleweed is my favorite distro and I find it heart breaking that they would go so far as to destroy their own brand. Now I am seeing one of the KDE Developers that I respected, going after other YouTube content creators because of their religion and views. What's going on here? Orwell's 1984 was not intended as a how-to.
27
The Missouri AG would not bring the case if he did not think that he could win it.
26
Thanks Bryan. These are still huge stories and they need to be covered. I'm so glad that you are able and willing to do this. We need more people supporting this at your Locals site.
25
Bryan, demons drive these people like you and I drive our cars.
24
You don't have to wave a flag or tic a box to use OpenMandriva
23
This is not the world I grew up in. I don't recognize it at all anymore.
22
Thanks Bryan.
21
At least some of the Red Hat team are not just simply going along with what their new IBM masters are pushing.
20
You can't be left enough to satisfy the monster.
20
People like Bryan and myself are thick skinned and I am not angry with those who drove me away with their hatred. I have no ill will toward them at all. They just don't like my views and don't think I should be allowed to have them. We are simply castigated for wrong think.
19
@AccSwtch50 AI hasn't changed the world a lot in 7 days, but Trump has.
18
Thanks Bryan. You know System76 is thrilled that they are getting away from Gnome and wrote Cosmic DE to replace it.
18
By the way folks, NO ad driven media will cover this. They cannot afford to do so. They can't even act like they agree with Lunduke on the topic for fear of losing their ad revenue. The Lunduke Journal is funded by you and me, so Bryan has no one telling him he can't cover this. That is why The Lunduke Journal is so important.
18
Thanks Bryan. Will they fork every piece of GPL software that goes along with Linux? We use a whole lot more than just the kernel.
18
illegal discrimination
17
In the first one, they want to get a Civil Rights Violation out of court and into arbitration. 🤣A cat can cover up what it did in the litter box, but it still stinks.
17
I started my Linux journey with SuSE 9.0 and later I moved to Arch for the rolling release. When they came out with Tumbleweed, I came back and I do love me some Tumbleweed. I have tried to use the forum, but I just can't put up with some of the forum moderation team.
