  23. If you are bring in Rocket Scientists, Brain Surgeons, Tech Engineers, then O.K., but how are we managing to get these people away from their countries? If they are that good, their country would not want to lose them. Bringing in janitors, cooks, landscapers, etc. is abuse of the system.
