The only story that was told and he has held a gun at people according to other interviews.

  14.  @McFlakies  Not true. Black people get called on way too much by white people when they are doing ordinary stuff. Biracial kids weren’t allowed to be at country club due to being part black while white kids got to be there just fine. White mom was furious as white kids didn’t get the same treatment. Landlords have backed out renting from black people and have let their complexes be mostly white(incidents have made the news). All white churches can prosper and discriminate but black churches that have been founded during segregation can get backlash plus violence against them.

  21. I don’t think you understood the cops who said they disagree or strongly disagree about feeling threatened about defund the police. It’s just refunding so cops aren’t overfunded. Education needs a lot of funding. My friend’s brother who’s a police officer said if they defunded the police then his station wouldn’t lose hours. At most just less spending on fancy office supplies. Notebooks only cost $1 or less even folders. In some areas kids commit crimes because their education sucks. Having to share textbooks means students can’t study at home with it for any standardized testing. Defund the police helps police officers get more mental health resources.

They didn’t have to let anyone leave unless someone wanted too. Plus still able to defend the capitol while having cops police other areas in DC. It was vote with police consideration too.

  26.  @Chernochegger  Not every police force use a 40mm gun. They didn’t give him a 40mm gun at all as they don’t used it over there. To him cut funding to put those towards the struggling schools is okay and yes schools have been struggling around him pre-Covid.

  27.  @Chernochegger  Actually they don’t. 30 minutes away schools are flourishing with enough supplies and textbooks. Students donating useful supplies so they can get half credit of extra credit. But schools around him lack textbooks crucial to standardize testing so lower test scorers. Some Kids acting out illegally as they know without proper textbooks they could probably barely pass or fail standardize testing.

A woman was nearly assaulted in front of cop that just stood there and saw it happen. Over 20 cops were charged in letting people roam free in the capitol. We’ve seen hurt or tackle the wrong person before.

  33.  @robertdepesci3418  When DC defunded the cops they were okay until we had the stop the steal rallies and capitol riots. Those were from mostly outsiders not actual residents. DC didn’t even need people to quit too. They only cut 15 million last year to fund social programs. People saw so much help during COVID-19 2020 especially with food. They plan to “defund” this year too well mainly relocating money so congress can get proper security after 1/6 riots but not all of congress agree.

  35. Some police forces have billions funds to them when school counties in the area don’t have the even reach 1 billion in funding. My friend’s brother is police officer. His training was free besides the gun and uniform which was paid for by the department. A police department in moundsville, wv got a tank when the schools desperately need the money as poor state. The tank wasn’t needed at all and police there are only using it for fun.

Not really because some police officers need mental health resources just like anyone else. Military spending is already being cut anyway to put towards other resources. Some schools have a police officer but no counselors.

  40. You don’t know what is like in DC. Some of worst neighborhoods don’t experience crime daily. They do get a lot of alcoholics, homeless and smokers. Smoking and drinking alcohol isn’t illegal unless underage you are underage or no smoking area. I’ve been to help out the homeless and with a few people who truly knew the bad areas. I’ve seen worse on elementary school field trips to DC with tourists badly behaving.

  55.  @robertrussell2202  We’ve defunded schools. Many police stations have way more money than we have for schools. Schools house way more people than police and need basic items to function. A police station in moundsville, WV got a free tank that will cost them thousands of dollar to power up every year when the city is poor and having students share textbooks. Some schools have 0 counselors and one police officer. Counselors are needed more at school than a police officer. Increased funding for black police officers as some have been reprimanded for doing what is right. Those black officers some have stood up against racial profiling.

Some school systems get the best education and actually help students strive. Budgets of millions less than the local school county is definitely wrong.
