  3.  @RandallBriggs-s2k  I am not going yo defend Rose’s character. He was a reprobate. But Baseball has cherry picked what they will come down on, and who. How many chances were drug fiends given? The Hall is full of scoundrels, and don’t even get me started on the MLB, and other sports, getting in bed with gambling.

  4. If they decide to induct him posthumously, I hope he directed his family to refuse it. I acknowledge that he was often his own worst enemy, but none of that matters when considering what he did on the field. His lack of inclusion makes the Hall Of Fame a joke.
